SLUA844B、SPRA953C这两篇文档中都提及，使用RθJA估算结温是不正确的，那我在设计时应该如何去估算？
ΨJT、ΨJB虽然能估算，但是工作时的PCB温度和芯片表面温度在设计初期都是无法获取的。

见datasheet 第五页热阻信息，芯片结温计算见datasheet 第23页。
这个是TI的 SPRA953C–December 2003–Revised April 2016 文档上写的，支出使用RθJA估算结温是不正确的
计算是对的，这里选择RθJA。
实际上是应该按照你的layout或者说散热设计选择不同的热阻，具体见datasheet 第五页。
而大部分设计实际上都是选择RθJA，这也是比较常见的。
