我目前碰到的问题是TPS65930的USB功能不能工作。TPS65930的DC/DC动能能够正常工作，如VDD1, VDD2, VIO和其他的非USB相关的LDO。但是USD相关的LDO不能工作，输出电压为0V。同时USB PHY的CLK没有输出。在这种情况下，是否可以判断该芯片有问题，还是有其他调试方式可以让USB功能正常工作？
