TPS61165
输入为12V，输出电压大约为18V，利用TPS61165电感处的PWM波输入到一个自举电路中。当ctrl控制引脚上输入的PWM信号占空比小于70%时不能启动，而当占空比大于70%就大概率能启动，当把输入电压调大时，能启动的概率也会增大。为什么启动的概率跟CTRL控制信号的占空比有关系？
