在硬开关半桥拓扑中使用了该芯片，不接同步整流MOS的时候芯片出来的驱动挺好，接了同步整流MOS后驱动变得很差，想知道具体原因？

驱动是指SR MOS的驱动
电路建议你参考datasheet例如G极不需要10kohm， 然后就是注意GND的layout（这个可能导致干扰，之前有这样的案例）
