TPS22953-Q1: 如何抑制热插拔带来的inrush电流

使用TPS22953-Q1来控制上电,Vin电压3.3V,EN/VBIAS脚接3.3V,CT管脚接25V/10nf电容,Cin电容0.1uf;Cout电容4.7uf,SENS管脚直接接输出电压,PG管脚直接接GND。当热插拔时有高达800mA的inrush电流,增大CT管脚的电容到20nf,热插拔的inrush电流并没有减小。

请问:

1,TPS22953-Q1这类具有可控上升时间的load switch,是否对热插拔的inrush电流有抑制作用?还是仅仅对软启动的inrush电流有抑制作用?

2、如何抑制热插拔的inrush电流,请帮忙推荐一下解决方案。需求:输入3.3V/4A

       The adjustable rise time control of the device greatly reduces inrush current for a wide variety of bulk load capacitances, thereby reducing or eliminating power supply droop.

       但是这个应该是说的是芯片正常启动情况下,而不是热插拔。如果你有热插拔需求应该选择热插拔功能的芯片, 你可以看TPS24710系列和TPS24770系列
