输入输出电容都偏小，建议加大一些，特别是输出。
首先确认毛刺是否因为输入就有？ 如果输入没有，仅仅输出有，确认一下GND(建议选择独立和较为干净的GND, 不要和其他大电流的GND共地。同时要注意GND Layout）
