FB上下限为0.596±2.5%，但是BOOT脚输出超过上限7V，MAX值在7.2V。是否有问题。
另外想问下测试BOOT的引脚电压应力，用什么测试方法呢。
目前用以下方法：
1.使用Tek的3系示波器，探头采用Tek的地环线；
2.示波器全带宽，采样模式设置为峰值采集。
3.测量值读取示波器上的max值，是否ok.

确认一下SW的layout， 具体参考datasheet 第22页，SW layout 不好容易造成SW脚或者boost脚上有电压上冲。
