The TPS54227 datasheet list the impedance as 220 k min, 440 k typ and 880 k max. It is essentially the slope of the EN current vs voltage curve of Fig 3 in the datasheet. TPS54327 does not explicitly list the EN pin impedance, but the Fig 3 curve is the same, so the EN pin resistance is the same as for TPS54227.
