在使用TPS51285B的时候，插拔电源会出现DC无输出的情况：EN1有信号（VREG3）,SW1无输出。
SW上目前使用的220UF贴片铝电解电容，未使用陶瓷电容，请问这里对电容ESR有具体要求吗，有没有这方面的经验案例？

ESR选择见datasheet 第17页公式8，9。
插拔无输出？ 其他情况呢？ 例如如果是电源按钮启动电源是否可以正常？
