Hi Sir
I have a project that needs to be charged with a single NiMH battery.
Is it suitable for NiMH batteries (single 1.2V/3050mA)? => Charging voltage 1.8V
Can I apply for the EVK test?
Thanks

Hi,
BQ25713 is a multi-chemistry charger. It can be used for NiMH batteries. We also have many other chargers can do the same. It is not very clear to us why this device is selected. We would suggest you applying for the EVM kit and try it.
Hi Cherry
Thanks for your reply
We have now decided to use NIMH batteries 3 in series as a backup battery for the overall system.
Is there any other charger suitable for this application? And it can be used with BQ341110 Gas Gauge.
Thanks
Hi Martin,
What is your input voltage? We have a quick search tool online. Please check it out.
Hope this is helpful!
Hi Cherry
The voltage of our designed 3 series NIMH battery will be 3.6V.
We are looking for BQ25713 BQ25713B BQ25703 based on the link you provided, which one is more suitable?
Thanks
Hi Martin,
All will work, but BQ25713 is preferred. BQ25713B is the same as BQ25713 except the I2C address.
Hope this helps.
Thanks!
