TPS61230ARNSR 输入为单节锂电池，在EN引脚下拉接地时，会有电压输出。电池电压3.5V时，输出0.6V左右。是什么原因？？

首先断开负载确认电压是否来自负载端？
如果确认不是来自负载端，建议更换芯片看看，因为这个芯片是真正实现负载断开连接的，关机输出有电压也可能是因为芯片质量问题。
