我最近在做一个推挽式电源，为了减小尺寸，希望采用GaN管子作为开关，但是不知道是否有相关的芯片，最好是GaN集成在内的功率级芯片，没有的话较好的驱动芯片请推荐一下。

具体要看你的参数， 不过你可以先再LMG5200官网的参考设计中找一下是否和和你设计参数相近的方案？
您好，已有的设计中并没有相近的方案，小功率的只有LMG5200，其他的管子损耗会比较高，已经决定自己焊接单管了，谢谢您！！
