BQ78350: 电池过放后，充电无法激活芯片，必须通过bqstudio手动复位下才能回复正常。

Hi TI Team，

客户在产品BMS上应用，BQ78350+BQ76920一起应用，目前情况是这样的，客户产品放在仓库一段时间后，电池过放后，芯片过放保护了，再拿去充电无法激活芯片，必须通过bqstudio手动复位下才能回复正常。

还有用bqstudio读取到的电池的电压和容量完全不符。请帮忙分析下，给下建议，谢谢。
