你好，用uc3854A做pfc时，主回路没给电，给芯片上电时16脚没有驱动波形，把芯片换成uc3854后，16脚有驱动波形，当输入电压150V-180VAC时功率校正因数95%+，当输入电压200V AC时功率因数降到90%以下，输出电压290V DC，没有达到设计的390V，输入电压在200V AC之后在增加的话输出直流电压增加比较少，达不到390V DC。这是什么原因呢？
