从波形上看，应该是测试问题。
从你电路看，选用了芯片内部的补偿，只要注意输出电容的选择即可，220uF没有问题，只要注意ESR, 按照dataheet中计算方式计算即可。

更换探头后，毛刺减少到80mV。请问还有什么方法可以继续减小噪声吗？
