UCC28056: 驱动能力问题

使用UCC28056想做一个150W的PFC，升压到390V，电路完全按照规格书推荐来的，但是实际测试驱动波形时发现驱动能力不够，最开始用的 驱动波形如下图1，怀疑mos不对，换小MOS 驱动波形如下图2.但是规格书上直接驱动一个STF24N60??????????我想知道一下我有什么地方不合理的话会导致驱动能力不够吗？IC换过3个现象一样。
