BQ27546-G1: 无法更新chem id，电压等测量值反复跳0

我用的是松下NCR18650B(3400mAh)电芯，使用bqstudio软件给BQ27546更新Chem id：2017（NCR18650B）后测量电压电流等值反复跳动为0，而且再无法设置新的chem id，无法校准，除了能执行某些单个命令，其余操作均会失败，设备频繁掉线，就像芯片一直在复位，想请教一下如何才能恢复芯片到稳定状态
