Here I meet a problem,
the phenomenon is USB can't connect after I install TI "bqEVSWSetup00.09.59_bq20z95v1.50_bqEasy1.85" with USB cable connect with EV2400, issue picture as follow:

but the USB is normal with BQ2084 software before I install the software.
Is it a wrong to connect EV2400 during install TI software?
How to solve this problem?
