您好，我现在需要一款电流镜芯片做PSPICE仿真，但是贵公司的REF200没有提供PSPICE模型。请问能否提供一款有PSPICE模型的电流镜呢？

HI 没有的，TI电源源芯片非常少： https://www.ti.com.cn/zh-cn/power-management/voltage-reference/current-reference/products.html
但是都是没有PSPICE模型的。
