通常我们都会认为UC1875 UC2875 UC3875的区别仅仅在于军工级还是工业级还是民用级，其他参数一样。
在实际应用中，我曾经用UC2875和UC3875驱动同样的全桥电路，结果发现UC2875驱动下IGBT的电压尖峰会小得多，因此后来就决定在产品中用UC2875，而不是按照计划用UC3875
谁知道其中原因？？
问一下是否是多片UC2875和UC3875测试得出的结论？
如果是的话建议看一下IGBT栅极的关断波形，怀疑原因有可能是UC2875环路较慢。（看数据手册可以看到PWM比较器的延时UC3875是小于UC2875的）
