裸测新器件，输入和EN端加4.9V，4脚悬空，输出空载4.4V，带载200欧电阻，输出变成4.2V，测试图如下
在板子上输出电压3.6V（输入为12V转5V线性电源），上电后芯片不发热，电路图如下

这样测试并不准确，layout对电源很重要，而且还缺输入输出电容（这个在layout上都是要尽量靠近芯片脚的）。
不建议你这样的测，如果是担心芯片质量问题，TI判定芯片质量的唯一标准是购货渠道，直接找TI购买即可，或者找你们长期合作的渠道商。
