质检时遇到型号TPSM828224SILR，LOT NBR为1804374PT2,
物料上丝印为：“G914D”与规格书上为“G94”不同，请问可以使用吗？

如你所说，TPSM828224对应marking为G94. 而G914Dmarking在官网上找不到对应芯片。 所以不建议使用。
但是Marking不是判定芯片质量的标准，TI的唯一质量标准是进货渠道， 所以如果你是直接找TI购买的，并确认芯片是TPSM82824应该是没有问题（但不确认marking为什么错误，建议直接问购货渠道）。 如果是其他渠道，就难以确认质量。
