请问bq24620可以手工焊接吗，若能，怎么焊，需要注意什么，还有芯片底部中间我没有留焊盘，不焊可不可以
是可以手工焊，不过不是用烙铁，一般都是用热风枪吹，焊盘先上锡，固定好芯片位置，使用主要还是看经验，第一次用的话可以参考这个链接- http://baike.baidu.com/view/542199.htm
建议留焊盘，芯片的散热绝大部分是通过这个pad与地的覆铜传导出去的，不焊的话芯片的温升不可控，会造成工作的不可靠性。
