设计tps40193为DM6467内核供电，按照电源数据手册设计的电路，在调试时发现管脚BP5的电压只有1.6V，而且管脚HDRV和LDRV都没有开关信号输出，输出的是1.4V的直流电。请问会是什么问题？谢谢。附件是设计的原理图

可能是芯片质量问题或者已经损坏，BP5是一个5V的e internal regulator， 故建议先验证芯片质量。
建议你在TI网站上申请样片后测试：http://www.ti.com.cn/tihome/cn/docs/homepage.tsp （或者能在TI授权代理商处买到或者那要样片都是可以的）
