UCC27201A: 驱动3相BLDC电机时的电压问题

请教,如下的UCC27201A驱动24V 3相BLDC电机, 其中图上DC 24V经一个PMOS开关受CONTROLLER控制;

PMOS开关在D/S之间并联一个3K的大电阻,当电机不工作时,U/V/W的驱动波形如下图2,这时开关PMOS是关闭的,U/V/W驱动电压全经过PMOS并联的3K电阻分压后只有约13V; 

请教这样设计的好处是什么?为什么在电机不工作时,要预加U/V/W同相的弱电压驱动?感谢
