TPS62812-Q1: The label on the bag is inconsistent with that on the reel. The label on the bag is (4W) TKY and the reel is (4W) SWR.

Recently we received 3 reels of TPS6281208QWRWYRQ1. We found 2 problem.

First problem is the number on the label is different. The label on the box and bag is 3000, the label on the reel is 1054.

Second problem is the label on the box and bag is (4W) TKY and the reel is (4W) SWR.  We found that SWR means Special Work Request (Engineering Material).

So, is SWR engineering sample? And why the labels are different? Can we use it as normal products? Will the defect rate be high?
