我正在测试BQ76940，测量到单个CELL电压时，发现CELL11没有电压(测量VC11与VC10B之间)，而CELL 12电压比其它CELL电压更高一些(测量VC12与VC11之间)，例如CELL 12电压为3.9V，而其它CELL电压为3.1V左右。

我不清楚是否是芯片出现了问题，还是设定出错了？
