LM317HV 是否能和其他IC ，搭建一个高压的稳压电路？输入±100V 的，稳压后输出±70V，给高压运放供电使用。要求电源噪声比较小？
或者有其他稳压方案可以参考吗？

应该是没法这么做的，也没有见过这样的高压LDO稳压电路。
可以看看TL783, 这是个125V LDO. 但是没有这么高电压的负压LDO.
