The Hgate is turned off in E-10 test based on the circuit Picture10-25 in datasheet, this will cause the main circuit reset. As I know, there are four conditions that will cause Hgate turnoff： 1）EN/UVLO voltage is less than 1.267V, 2) Voltage between Pin CAP-VS is less 7.9V(UVLO), 3)Voltage of Vs is less than 2.6V(PORR), 4) Voltage of OV is more than 1.267V(OVR). In the test, none of these conditions is measured. Any other conditions could turn off the Hgate?
