现在使用的是TPS2412但是驱动不了MOS,不知为啥，同时问一下，TPS2412,2413等的区别，一般用于输出MOS驱动是用线性的还是ON/OFF行的？望得到答复？
可以先断开驱动回路，测一下GATE脚看输出电平。如果此时可以拉高说明确实是驱动不够，看一下是不是MOS栅极电容太大。
TPS241x之间的区别可以参考数据手册第一页。线性的类似于LDO的特性，ON/OFF是当达到保护点时直接关断。
