使用WEBENCH设计的TPS40210开关电源 不工作
外部供电电压28V,有没有可能，MOS管下管被击穿短路，而上管是完好的。如果会出现这种情况表现在输入端电流上，是什么样子的变化。采用的是推荐电路，参数也是一样的

如果底部MOS已经击穿，芯片已经不能正常工作了。
什么情况下，下管会被击穿而上管还没有问题？之前做过实验，供电电压过高，芯片表现为短路效应，这次的没有短路
确认一下输入， SW脚是否过压上冲？
