TPS7B7701QPWPRQ1有很多NC管脚，从Datasheet上来看，可以NC也可以接GND。请问TI更推荐哪种用法？

没有关系的，按照pin脚定义来做即可，说可以悬空，或接GND, 都是可以的。 我更加建议悬空。
