想用 TPS61040（400-mA ）做一个5V/1A输入，13V/200mA输出的一个电源，只知道手册上说该器件在400mA时内部开关判断，但是能输出13V/200mA吗？ 暂不考虑其它条件，只想确认器件本身是否可行
粗略计算输入平均电流为520mA，平均值已大于mosfet 400mA峰值限制，不建议用此器件
可考虑TPS61085

输出功率=13*0.2=2.6W，输入电压5V,则要求的输入平均电流约为0.52A.....因此不能正常工作，可以选择tps61087 或TPS61170
