按照规格书上面所给的参考原理图设计的，无法正常输出电压,电压输出为-2.5V左右，调接反馈电阻大小，电压无法改变

应该是损坏了，有没有更换芯片确认？
更换了芯片结果一样，在输出端，用示波器测量会有一个正弦信号
将波形传上来看一下?
LDO应用相对简单，输入输出电容，反馈电阻。 一般异常都是芯片损坏，但是损坏没有看到芯片输出正弦信号。
