请问各位前辈，UCC3845的VDD、PGND及GND之间短是可能是什么原因造成的？一连坏了两个芯片了，其中有一个刚开始能工作的，但是单个A口输出的占空比远小于50%，大概有35%，再次上电就使得VDD和GND短路了！烦请前辈给予解答！感谢！
