220V输入，27V，12V两路输出，加电以后输出电压正常，27,12V，但是不能带负载，一带负载就掉到0V,TL494，一脚是基准2.5V，2脚是电压反馈，16，15是电流检测，现在问题是不能带负载，请大家支招。
