如上图所示；IIC外部有上拉电阻，但是主控芯片还没有焊接；使用万用表测量输出电压，输出电压在0.796V至0.805V之间波动，请问这是怎么回事？

也就是I2C没有给信号，芯片按照默认配置输出。 或者说，将R217, R219拿掉，看输出是否依旧存在不稳定？
如果依旧不稳定，建议你确认一下layout 。
同时将波形传上来看看？
R217 R219已经拿掉了，然后短路到GND，测试输出还是不稳定。下面是PCB layout。
