现初量生产一批20W电源，50台中坏损6台，均为UC2845芯片有问题，换芯片就正常了。怀疑是电路板在焊接过程中芯片受静电击穿损坏的。焊接温度都在合理范围内。不知道是不是这个原因损坏的？这个损坏率太大了！
加工生产总出现的损坏没有专业分析设备，要找出具体原因很头疼。
我估计你买到了假货或者焊接工艺不当造成的。
