本人正在设计一款高压模块电源：input:90V-1100V, output:12V/0.5A，用了好几种方案，其中也用到了UCC38C42,可是效率一直上不去，MOS发热很大，可是MOS管的Rds=2.2R，驱动波形也很漂亮，可就不知道原因在哪里，请高手指点一二。。。。。。。。
测测MOS管的Vds和Ids的波形吧，MOS管的Qg值可能比较大
