TPS28225的驱动电压是4.5V到8.8V，最优是7到8 V，所以选MOSFET时首先要让栅极驱动电压匹配。
然后根据效率需求选择尽量低的导通电阻和栅极电容（两者一般来说是要相互权衡的），同时结合栅极电容和TPS28225的驱动能力保证系统有足够的死区时间。
