打算用TPS61030升压芯片搞一个简易的18650移动电源，看资料此芯片最低输入电压1.8V，不知是否可以搞成低于3V电压保护，以防止电池过放，恳请各位高人指点，谢谢！
有欠压保护功能，参见LBI脚的使用。
