LM5118 高温不工作的情况

               我们用LM5118做了一个12V3A输出的电路，当负载在800MA时，在高温85度的情况下连续 工作10个小时，中间会出现没有12V输出的情况。高温时，用示波器测试输出波形占空比很大也不是矩形波，输出拉很低，而且输出不稳定。我们用的MOS管是CEM6086，2个并联二极管是B2060G，原理图在附件里，请帮忙看下问题出在哪里。
