设计中使用了TPS40140电源芯片，准备在win7上安装switcherpro仿真。电脑无法上网，因此下载了一个桌面版的switcherpro和一个离线的SQL Server compact 3.5 sp2安装包。在安装完毕SQL Server compact 3.5 sp2后，再安装桌面版的switcherpro，提示有个DLL无法运行，必须退出安装。请问如何操作才能用这种方法安装成功，谢谢！
