最近重新设计一款视频监控产品，想改成千兆以太网PoE供电的，整机功耗在3W以内，峰值功率有10W。

请推荐一款合适的以太网供电芯片，另外在其它如路由器等外围设备选择时，与一般的以太网设备相比，需要注意什么。
