用TPS54060分离轨12V转+-8V的问题

参考TI公司的slva369a文档用54060做了一个分离轨12V转+-8V的电源，外围分立器件参数按照slvc225b提供的SWIFTPOSNEG-CALC-v4做了计算，但是空载上电现象Vpos=2.3V，Vneg=-3.2V，Vsense=-2.9V。请问什么地方出了问题呢？
