UCC28780芯片上电无法正常启动，以下是相关测试波形：一通道测RUN引脚；二通道测PWML引脚；三通道测VDD引脚；四通道测REF引脚，REF引脚的电压不能一直维持5V，出现打嗝现象。RUN引脚没有高电平，PWML没有驱动波形，芯片不能启动。
