您好，UCC27201A是UCC27201的优化升级版本，重点提升了耐压HS负压的能力。
在datasheet的第2页可以查到，UCC27201A的HS引脚可以承受-18的脉冲电压，这比UCC27201有了明显的改善。目前,UCC27201A已经有客户开始使用。
