STROBE和TORCH不接的时候，能不能用I2C实现正常的芯片工作.

可以的，但是要确认其输入。
STROBE或者TORCH不接，能不能用I2C实现功能，这两个引脚是切换闪光灯和手电筒模式的吧，我的意思是，如果这两个引脚只接一个，还能不能切换闪光灯和手电筒模式.

如果不接，难以实现功能的，因为只能用外部信号替代，但是这个时候就不能做切换了。
