有谁用过TLC5952这个芯片，datasheet讲Powerpad焊接到覆铜区域With PowerPAD soldered onto copper area on printed circuit board (PCB)
却没有明确讲明这个区域是GND, 那么它的Powerpad需要接GND吗？还是说这个copper area 就是GND
顶一下？ 没有工程师用过这个芯片吗？
