零温漂应该是不可能的，选择极低温漂的TI基准芯片就应该符合你的应用，见TI基准芯片list：

其中例如REF3133等都是可以的。
如果涉及到电压转换，可以考虑使用这几颗LDO：LP2951， TPS7A8300。
视输出电流大小来作进一步选择
